Blood group has two parts. First ABO group i.e A, B, AB and O along with that we say Positive or Negative depending on presence or absence of Rh factor. Example of different Blood group are A +, A -, B+, B-, AB+, AB-, O+, O-. It is important to check Blood group of all females especially pregnant ladies.
