Dr (Col) Jitendra D Mane served Armed Forces for 27 years with distinction and presently is Senior Consultant in Gynaecology. He was Awarded Lt Gen KS Master Silver Medal for standing 1st in Postgraduation examination. Completed MS (Obstetrics & Gynaecology) from prestigious Armed Forces Medical College Pune, Diploma in Minimal Invasive Surgery by University of Schleswing Holstein – Kiel Germany and FOGSI Training course on Colposcopy and Cervical cancer Prevention from Mumbai. He was Professor in Dept of Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Command hospital Pune and AFMC Pune. Presently he is also Professor at MIMER Medical College, Talegaon Dabhade.
